肺癌信号通路相关抗体列表

肺癌(Lung cancer),也称为肺carcinoma,是一种起源于肺部组织的恶性肿瘤。肺癌通常由气道细胞的DNA受到遗传损伤引起,这些损伤常常是由吸烟或吸入有害化学物质所致。受损的气道细胞获得无限制增殖的能力,导致肿瘤的生长。如果不治疗,肿瘤会扩散至整个肺部,损害肺功能。最终,肺部肿瘤会转移,扩散至身体其他部位。

其病理类型主要分为小细胞肺癌(SCLC)和非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)两大类。非小细胞肺癌约占所有肺癌病例的80%至85%,而小细胞肺癌约占10%至15%。不同类型的肺癌在发病机制、治疗和预后方面存在差异。
