技术指南|细胞培养之抗生素篇
1. 细胞库细胞培养基不加抗生素情况
（1）培养自ATCC 引进之细胞株，培养基中可不加抗生素。
（2）培养自其它实验室引进的细胞株，制作token freeze 前培养基须添加抗生素，待token freeze 通过污染测试后，大量培养时则不加抗生素。
2. 寄送活细胞时，须将培养液充满整个flask 时，则须添加抗生素(penicillin 100 units/ml + streptomycin 100 ug/ml)。
3. 若要检测mycoplasma，则培养基内不可添加gentamicin，因gentamicin 会抑制mycoplasma 生长。
4. 去除细菌污染之抗生素混合配方: penicillin 250 units/ml, streptomycin 250 ug/ml, neomycin 250 ug/ml, bacitracin 2.5 units/ml，注意混合使用后药物毒性会增强。
